Surry has the best service department, and plant department I have ever worked with in during my 16 years of working in telecommunications on a corporate scale. If I have an issue with any of Hugh Chatham’s services provided by Surry, one call and a tech will come out, or I can talk with the plant manager and resolve my issues.
